How We Use Your Contributions

How We Use Your Contributions:

At the heart of our mission is the desire to bring meaningful change to the lives of underprivileged children. Here's how we ensure your contributions make a real difference:

I. Funds Received Through Sales on Buy Me a Coffee

All proceeds from our Buy Me a Coffee page go directly to supporting children in need, with a focus on the following areas:

  • Tuition Assistance: Helping children continue their education.
  • Books, Notebooks, and School Supplies: Providing essential tools for learning.
  • Clothing: Ensuring children have proper attire for school and daily life.
  • Bus Tickets: Helping children in remote areas travel to school.

To maintain transparency and accountability, we commit to publishing detailed bank transfer statements every three months. All documents related to fund usage will be publicly posted on our social media platforms and blog for everyone to see.

II. Funds Raised Through Emergency Campaigns

In urgent and life-threatening situations, we launch targeted fundraising campaigns to provide immediate support to children in critical need.

  • Verified Cases Only: Currently, we only support emergencies that have been verified by the hospital where Dr.Wu works.
  • Time-Limited Campaigns: Each emergency post is time-bound to ensure funds reach the child as quickly as possible.
  • Unique Tracking Codes: Each emergency post on social media includes a unique code. Donors contributing through Buy Me a Coffee are asked to mention the code in their donation message. This system ensures we can track contributions accurately and allocate funds to the right child.

💯 100% of donations go directly to the children in need—every penny you give is passed on without any deductions.

After each campaign, we will immediately publish transfer statements or screenshots of bank transfers. All related documents will also be posted on our social media and blog, ensuring you can see exactly how your generosity has been used.

The fundraising campaign has ended! Winter Charity Trip

It was a charity trip we did in the winter of early 2025, to the impoverished village of Seo Mi Ty, 20 kilometers away from Sapa town. The cold was so intense that I had to wear two layers of pants, three layers of shirts, high boots, gloves, and a thick wool hat, yet I was still shivering. So I was astonished to see little children, just 2–3 years old, dressed in thin, dirty sweaters, without pants, running barefoot with tin cans, old tires, and improvised toys.     I asked one of the children’s fathers, " Don’t they feel cold? "     He replied, " Oh, if they felt cold, all the buffaloes and cows would have died long ago ."       Though I knew the children were accustomed to the harsh conditions of the area, I couldn’t help but feel heartbroken when I saw their small, cracked, bleeding feet. I always wished I could do something to help them, even just a small gesture, something meaningful, so I could feel that my life held s...
